One-day food safety certification courses for managers and workers facilitated in English, French and Arabic, at our training centres or at customer preferred location. All courses are based on the Canadian Food Retail and Food Services Regulations and Code, Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
The online courses are self-paced. Participants may leave the course at any time and can resume where they left off. The duration will depend on the individual participant and their prior knowledge of the subject matter.
